How to Use Click Action AI: From Zero to Automation

The steps

  1. Step 1

    Log in to the dashboard

    Open the Click Action AI dashboard from the access you receive after purchase and log in.

  2. Step 2

    Choose a Gig Mission or type a custom prompt

    Pick one of the ready-made Gig Missions, or type a custom prompt that names the niche, the place, the fields, and the file.

    Watch the Live Browser execute the task

    Stay on the Live Browser. The checklist is on one side and the page it is clicking is on the other.

    Step in with Pause and Takeover if needed

    If the run hits a login, a CAPTCHA, or a payment page, it pauses. Finish that step yourself and press Resume.

    When the mission finishes, download a CSV or send the rows to Google Sheets. Check the file before you use it.

Tips for better results

Clear prompts get better results. The agent cannot guess a niche you did not name.

Name the outcome

“Find 30 roofers in Phoenix with name, phone, and website. CSV.” beats “get leads.”

Cap the rows

A number keeps the mission from wandering. Fifty is a task. “All of them” is not.

Watch the first run

If the first pages are the wrong kind of site, pause and rewrite. Do not wait for a bad file.

How do I start using Click Action AI?

Log in to the dashboard you receive after purchase. Choose a Gig Mission or type a custom prompt, watch the Live Browser, pause if a checkpoint appears, and export to CSV or Google Sheets.

What makes a prompt work?

Clear prompts get better results. Include the niche, the place, the fields, and the export. A vague line produces a vague mission.

Do I have to use a Gig Mission?

No. A Gig Mission is the fast start. A custom prompt is there when none of the 50 matches the job.

What if the tutorial step hits a CAPTCHA?

Use Pause and Takeover. Finish the check yourself and press Resume. The agent does not bypass it.
